Business Directory for Ebbsfleet Area Minimize

Ebbsfleet Local Information Directory

Ebbsfleet Valley is one of the biggest regeneration plans this country has seen. It is divided into ten development zones, to be set around 390 acres of parks, lakes and woodland areas. As well as thousands of new homes, transport links, schools, medical centres, offices, shops and leisure and community facilities are all being created from scratch.

With Ebbsfleet International opened in Nov 2007, and the domestic schedule planned for 2009 this area is due to a great expansion within very short time. The long term plan goes beyond our current imagination and involves the following work in numbers which is distributed to be delivered within the next 20 -25 years:

  • About 9,500 homes
  • The creation of about 16,000 new office jobs
  • Ebbsfleet Valley is a 1,035 acre site, the size of 552 football pitches
  • Ebbsfleet Valley will provide over 9 million sq ft of employment, retail and leisure facilities
  • Thousands of people are and will be moving into the Ebbsfleet and surrounding areas with no knowledge of what services are available to them, or not enough services for the size of the development.

The founder of Ebbsfleet Directory had this very experience in the past 18 months and has vowed to help local residents to have a 'one-stop shop' site to find what you need in the Ebbsfleet area. Important goal of this site to make sure it inspire people to have their say and add value to the community by understanding the needs of the local people

For now we would like to list all available services to us within the area so whatever local information we need would be at our disposal at a press of a button.

The directory is split into two sections. One being the Amenities section including leisure, shopping, health and beauty, accommodation etc. etc, and the other being Local Tradespeople from carpenters to gas engineers. Ebbsfleet directory have been created from the people of Ebbsfleet with one main idea: to serve the people of the area. Join us and enjoy it with us.

There is a third part of the site where it is devoted to the Development the area undergoes. On this page current local development affairs news would be displayed as well as all development news from interested parties.

If you in business and would like to be listed, please register with us today to take advantage of the 'early adopter incentives'.  If you are a resident (or moving into the area soon, or you want to stay updated of the development of the area), then please register with the Ebbsfleet Directory site to be 'kept informed of the latest news and offers available to you'..

Our goal is to become an important member of this Developing community with a strong voice so we could develop with sustainable prospects, plentiful available amenities which will accommodate the needs of the new built house and people which are to follow without sacrificing the community culture.

Please have your say on what you think your local area is in need of and we will make sure from the survey, to let appropriate parties know what is needed the most and try implementing it in our society. Ebbsfleet directory has been created to make things happen in the area.

We value your FEEDBACK and input, please click here to complete our very brief survey and also use the form to ask us questions or make suggestions on how we can make this the most useful resource available to you in the Ebbsfleet area.
