EbbsfleetDirectory.co.uk aims to provide leisure, shopping and development information based around the DA10 post code in a slowly expandable basis. EbbsfleetDirectory.co.uk has just started and is aiming to involve local people as much as possible to grow together with the community and make sure they have their say in the making of our new evolving community.
EbbsfleetDirectory.co.uk is aiming to provide a local information hub for the area as well help tourists and interested parties to find their way around our developing region. We want to make sure new amenities are meeting local needs and wants and become -through public voting- a respected member of the decision making regarding the plans for our community.
EbbsfleetDirectory.co.uk is in favor of the development plan the area undergoes but strongly believes that it needs to be balanced with local desires for a sustainable and interesting community life.
EbbsfleetDirectory.co.uk will be continually evolving. The directory of all businesses, activities, events and leisure will be the base for a growing local community hub. This was the initial idea as well as a newcomer in the area we were not able to locate local amenities easily and had to straggle to find specialized services for our needs. Another reason is that in the surrounding area even though increasing in population is not analogically increasing its required amenities. We will strive to make this site as interactive as possible and make sure we are listing the most important inventory of local businesses and services. We will also try and help each other to provide to the community with the amenities that are not existent. Its up to us. Have Your Say.
The site has three main parts - the Leisure the Local traders and the Development.
The Leisure – Directory search engine- are submitted by the clubs, pubs, restaurants, cinema's, society's, bars, leisure facilities... the list goes on. These detail the latest events happening around the greater Ebbsfleet area and are continually being added to.
The Local traders are listings of all the businesses that the general public may ever want to check (although this does not necessarily include B2B information). These listings normally include an image, an address, a description, open times/performance/meeting times, links to their own web sites, payment information, and any further relevant information. These details are maintained by the actual businesses so if it is wrong or misleading then let them know.

The Development is the part of the site where we local people are the first to know of new are developments. We anticipate our greater region to get affected imenslyon the coming years so what we want to achieve is keep on top of it. Know what is going to happen before it atcually takes place. We will make sure all new developmetns measures activities are populated on this site so everybody would be able to know what to expect.
